Review of Five Minute Nighttime Bible Stories

Five Minute Nighttime Bible Stories is incredibly and beautifully illustrated. I love how it starts with the Old Testament and goes to the New Testament. It gives children a great way of being able to study the Bible on their level. It brings to life the Bible for young hearts. I have four young children and they love the colors and the stories. They're the perfect length for their young minds, and they're easily understandable. I like that it spurs their minds to ask questions and they get to know Jesus through this book. I like how big the words are as well, because my son is able to sound some of the words out and so it helps his reading as well.

Young and Beardless Book Review

John Luke Robertson wrote Young and Beardless and within it's pages, he added spunk, laughter and serious sides to it.

I found it intriguing to read, and faith building as well. Being that he grew up in the spotlight, it is incredible to watch "celebrities" become famous and well-to-do and still want to follow God. The respect that his parents instilled in him for others was incredible. SO many young people these days grow up with little to no respect for anyone but themselves.

I was glad to get a glimpse into their lives by reading his book. He shared many stories about his childhood, how he found his own relationship with God and how his faith has carried him through so many ups and downs of life.

I appreciated his willingness to talk about how others had inspired him, often quoting people from other books and of course, he pulled in stories about his sisters, new wife and parents as well.
